STAY:

Check in:from 15:30 pm to 19:00 pm / Check out from 09:00 am to 10:00 am
(other times are possible only by prior arrangement with the reception, for check in after 22.00 p.m. an extra charge of 30€ will be applied)

BOOKING:

Bookings are only valid when a deposit of 30% (of the total amount) has been received.
(Bank details will be supplied).

CANCELLATIONS:

In case of cancellation:
You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. If notice of cancellation is received after this time (6th day or later) the deposit is not refundable.

PAYMENT:

Must be made at the check-in, Bancomat and all principal credit cards are accepted

PRICES INCLUDE:

Use of the appartment and kitchen utensils for preparation and consumption of food, bed linen, kitchen linen and towels (1 change per week). Final cleaning (Except for kitchen area), use of electricity and water, colour TV, Air conditioning / central heating, Cot or highchair (pre booked), Hairdryer, Facilities, I.V.A.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

City Tax, Extra linen changes (€10.00 per person), Kitchen area cleaning €25.00, Supplementary apartment cleaning €30.00 (on request), Extra bed € 10 per day (pre booked), Washing machine use (in shared laundry room) €5.00 per wash (soap included), Bicycle hire on request

FACILITIES

Private open air parking, children play area, ironing board and iron, barbeque, SWIMMING POOL and JACUZZI (seasonally opened), garden furniture, FREE WIFI.

CITY TAX:

applies to non-resident overnight stays, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The rate is Euro 1,50 per night, per person.

Main exemptions:
- residents in the municipality;
- children up to 12 (twelve) years old;
- disabled person;
- those who must assist family members admitted to health facilities .

City Tax is not included in our prices and will be paid by cash at the check-in time.
